Pilates Group Classes
A great class for beginners looking to develop a strong core foundation and better understand Pilates movement techniques. Various small apparatuses are incorporated to the class, open to all skill levels!

A springboard based class which utilizes resistance movement techniques. Helps to improve core strength, flexibility, and posture. Open to all skill levels!

Now Quest’s Pilates program is bringing the exciting benefits of the TRX suspension system to our Pilates Studio! The straps not only help to off-load bodyweight but provide a great variation to standard mat practice, adding additional challenges and extra fun! Both Pilates & TRX workout systems have been proven to increase muscular endurance, increase core strength and benefit people of all fitness levels.
This is a great class option for an intermediate student looking to expand their knowledge of movement techniques! Limited to 5 students per class!

Quest’s complete Pilates Studio now has 5 Balanced Body™ Reformers! This class integrates Pilates movement techniques on two large apparatuses: the springboard, and the reformer. This is a great class option for an intermediate student looking to expand their knowledge of movement techniques! Limited to 5 students per class!

Private Pilates Sessions with Kristen are the best way to expand your understanding of Pilates Movement Techniques and Apparatuses. These sessions are a great opportunity to become proficient on equipment not utilized as extensively during the group classes! Set your own personal goals with Kristen and she will put a plan in place to assist you on your quest to achieve and believe in your own strength!

Yoga Group Classes
The word ‘Hatha’ is a combination of two sanskrit terms “ha” meaning ‘sun’ and “tha” meaning ‘moon’. The term refers to balancing opposing forces within the body and can be applied to most forms of Yoga practiced in America today.
The aim of yoga is to build a healthy body, and a calm, peaceful mind. Yoga has been known to reduce problems with conditions such as: asthma, backaches, diabetes, constipation, menopause, multiple sclerosis, varicose veins, and carpel tunnel syndrome.

Private Yoga Sessions with Azin are the best way to expand your understanding of Yoga & the asanas. These sessions are a great opportunity to become proficient in new poses not introduced in the Group Classes!
