Jill is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years experience. Her areas of expertise include anxiety and phobia management, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, grief related issues, stress reduction and life transitions.
Jill is also an ICF (International Coaching Federation) Certified Coach, her coaching adheres to the ICF ethical guidelines and competencies. The coaching methodology she uses is backed by research and science. She will help you to figure out if you have a goal that is best suited for coaching. If you have a specific goal that can be measured in some way and you are able to articulate what you want to walk away with from your coaching sessions, it is a “coachable” goal.
Jill says: “Utilizing different methods offers a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. I do not believe in “a one size fits all” approach. With compassion and understanding, I am able to help each individual to build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.”
